The connector

When an assistant like Meta Muse uses the connector, it sends checklist ids (like "car_accident"), yes or no answers, numbers such as years of use, and a state code. It does not send names, records or free text, and we do not store any of it. We keep an anonymous daily count of how often each tool and each claim type is used. No IP address, no answers, nothing that identifies a person.

If you ask a law firm to contact you

The connector does not currently send anyone's details to a law firm. If that changes, this page will say which firm, and nothing will be sent without your clear permission.

Your assistant

Your assistant (for example Meta Muse) has its own privacy policy for your conversation. This connector only sees what the assistant sends to its tools.
